Ciocca Automotive is seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee sales BDC performance across multiple dealership locations.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting BDC agents in the consistent execution of our internet and phone lead processes. You’ll help drive sales by ensuring timely follow-up, strong appointment-setting habits, and accountability across all assigned stores. This is a leadership role focused on maximizing performance and converting opportunities into results, not changing established processes, but reinforcing what works.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure all sales leads — CRM, phone, and online platforms — are followed up on promptly and professionally and handled professionally
Monitor, coach, and support Internet Sales Coordinators to meet and exceed performance goals and grow their skills
Partner with website vendors to maintain accurate, up-to-date online content
Maintain consistent follow-up with customers in VinSolutions to maximize both new and repeat business opportunities
Maintain a strong working knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and selling strategies
Provide regular feedback to leadership regarding internet sales trends, performance, and opportunities
Support dealership sales and marketing efforts by assisting with internet-based campaign execution and lead engagement strategies
Perform other duties and special projects as needed to support BDC and dealership goals
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive Business Development, Internet Sales, or CRM management is required
Proven leadership or team coaching experience; ability to drive performance across multiple locations
Strong understanding of CRM platforms (preferably VinSolutions) and internet lead management best practices
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Results-driven mindset with a focus on follow-up, accountability, and customer experience
Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making data-informed recommendations
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment
Weekend availability and flexibility to support the team and store needs
