Parts Manager

Ciocca Ford of Quakertown is looking to add an experienced Parts Manager to our growing team! We are looking for individuals with proven success in running a fast-paced, profitable parts department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assesses present and future needs, trends, and profit opportunities of the parts department
  • Establishes short and long-term operating and financial objectives within the Company’s overall plans and policies.
  • Manages the shipping and receiving of orders
  • Oversees ordering and maintaining parts inventory
  • Reviews and appraises the results of the activities within the departments and takes appropriate action, as necessary.
  • Selects, coaches, leads, trains, and supervises parts personnel

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Experience as a Parts Manager in the dealership setting preferred
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done
  • Ability to run the department as a business
  • Encourage and protect positive culture
  • Extremely focused on following and guarding company/manufacturer processes
  • Ability to coach and mentor staff
