Quality Control Technician

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure that all services and repairs meet quality standards thoroughly inspecting vehicles upon completion.
  • Test key vehicle systems (e.g., engine, brakes, electronics) to verify proper functionality after repairs or maintenance.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, identifying any issues and ensuring compliance with dealership standards.
  • Work closely with service technicians to provide feedback and ensure corrective actions are taken when issues are identified.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
  • ASE certification required
  • Prior experience in automotive repair or service, with a focus on quality control or inspection, is required.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues in vehicle repairs, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to document findings and collaborate with technicians and service managers.
