Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton is seeking a Vehicle Exchange/Upgrade Specialist to join our growing team! The Vehicle Exchange/Upgrade department is responsible for driving sales through the service department by presenting opportunities and information to customers about their next car purchase.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Engage with customers to assess their current vehicle and identify potential upgrade options based on their needs, preferences, and budget
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service and follow-up to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Meet or exceed sales goals for vehicle upgrades, accessories, and add-ons
• Maintain knowledge of current and incoming inventory

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred
• Strong negotiation skills, sales motivated
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor
