Ciocca Ford of Quakertown is seeking an experienced Upgrade & Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Compensation: $45,000-85,000 per year

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Engage with customers to assess their current vehicle and identify potential upgrade options based on their needs, preferences, and budget
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service and follow-up to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Meet or exceed sales goals for vehicle upgrades, accessories, and add-ons
• Acquire vehicles through various channels, including dealer auctions, private sales, service drive, and trade-ins, ensuring alignment with dealership inventory needs and market demand.
• Maintain knowledge of current and incoming inventory

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Experience in Vehicle Sales and Vehicle Acquisitions REQUIRED
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred
• Strong negotiation skills, sales motivated
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor
