Audi Allentown is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Manager to join our growing team! The Vehicle Acquisition department is responsible for working with Service customers to acquire their vehicle to increase our Pre-Owned Inventory. Some customers may look to sell us their car and others will look to trade up into a New or Pre-owned vehicle.

Pay: $120K+ per year

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the customers feel welcome and comfortable when arriving at the dealership
• Drive sales goals through the service department by engaging with customers about acquiring their car or upgrading to a newer model
• Establish a close relationship with the sales force to provide a consistent upgrade process
• Establish a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of current and incoming inventory

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Previous Automotive Sale experience or Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience
• Ability to appraise vehicles
• Strong negotiation skills, sales motivated
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Computer friendly
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Personable, outgoing, and friendly attitude
