Automotive Service Advisor - Nissan Experience

Dealership: Ciocca Nissan of Quakertown

Ciocca Nissan is seeking an experienced Nissan Automotive Service Advisors to join our growing team! With 52 dealerships 25 brands & 18 collision centers throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, don’t miss out on an opportunity to grow with us!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, rotating Saturday with one day off during the week
Compensation: $55,000-90,000

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greet and consult with the customer on applicable service needs
  • Perform vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns to enable the technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle
  • Document declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.
  • Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
  • Build and maintain relationship with the customer

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership setting required
  • Strong communication skills to deal with customers and employees
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • MUST be willing to adapt to Ciocca culture, processes, and procedures
