Ciocca Automotive is looking for a Digital Content Specialist. Due to the company’s continued growth, we are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to manage our website content, development initiatives, and quality assurance.

Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 per year salary

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee website content and quality assurance issues this includes all graphic design needs.
• Assist in website development initiatives and troubleshoot issues
• Assist in reputation management within the group
• Co-Op Submission/Management
• Google Business Profile Management
• Participate in website performance calls as needed
• Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo digital content
• Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
• Collaborate with individual stores on content needs

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• High level of proficiency in graphic design- Familiarity with Adobe Products and Canva
• Travel required to meet with store staff/assist in gathering dealership media content
• Excellent verbal and communication skills necessary
• Organizational skills required to balance work load
• Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
• Proficiency with video and photo editing tools
