What we are looking for:

• Experience as an Automotive Technician
• PA Emissions and State Inspection Licenses
• Valid PA Driver’s License
• CDL license preferred but not required
• Integrity, Positive attitude and Strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Being Highly Organized
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
• Willing to Learn train and grow, Being Receptive to New Ideas
• Knowledge and skill for engine and transmission repairs
• Willingness to make money

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing service inspections ( MPI's ) on customer's Vehicles while documenting clearly all recommended work, which will then inform our Service Advisor in properly communicating those recommendations to our customers.
• Examines customer vehicles in a timely fashion
• Providing proper quotes and availability of all parts required to repair customer's vehicles.
• Adhering to manufacturer's policies and procedures on all warranty and service contracts & repairs
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction Scores at or above manufacture's standards
• Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines
• Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provide accurate repair recommendations.
• Inspect vehicles according to the state’s requirements for emissions and safety
• Performing all vehicle repairs and maintenance requirements approved by our customers
• Take vehicles for test drives before and after repairs to verify complaint correction.
• Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
• Must have own tools & tool box.
